The Third Day of Craftmas
What do you get when you use tea to craft a cocktail? A refreshing tea-tail! And you can use any of our Tea House Collection flavors made from exquisite ingredients to make one!
4-6 oz. Sicilian Lemon & Honeysuckle
2-3 fresh basil leaves, lightly muddled
Juice of 1 lemon wedge
Lemon wheel, garnish
Basil leaf, garnish
Muddle basil and lemon juice in the bottom of a mixing tin. Add tea. Stir and strain into an ice filled glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel and additional basil leaves. *Add 1 oz. silver rum for alcoholic version.
Christmas in a Glass
5 oz. Wild Blackberry & Sage
1oz. Cranberry juice
Small sprinkle of cinnamon
Sage leaf, garnish
Fresh cranberries (garnish)
Add all ingredients except garnishes into a cocktail shaker .Fill ½ way with ice. Shake until outside of tin is frosted (about 30 seconds). Strain ingredients into glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh cranberries and a sage leaf.
*Add 1 oz. bourbon for alcoholic version.
4 oz. Fuji Apple & Ginger
1 0z. Apple cider/juice
4-6 mint leaves, lightly muddled
Slice of Fuji apple, garnish
Fresh mint, garnish
Muddle mint and apple juice/cider in the bottom of mixing tin. Add tea and ice. Stir and strain into an ice filled glass. Garnish with mint, ginger and a slice of fuji apple.
*Add 1 oz. silver rum for alcoholic version.
