¼ cup of sweetened coconut flakes
3 lime wedges
¾ cup of Pure Leaf Unsweetened Iced Tea
¾ cup of coconut water
2 tablespoons of agave
2 tablespoons of lime juice
2 ounces white rum or cachaça
Pulse ¼ cup of sweetened coconut flakes in a spice grinder until finely ground. Transfer to a plate. Rub the rim of two rocks glasses with 3 lime wedges. Swirl the rims through the ground coconut flakes to evenly coat and set aside.
In a shaker filled with ice, combine ¾ cup of Pure Leaf Unsweetened Iced Tea, ¾ cup of coconut water, 2 tablespoons of agave and 2 tablespoons of lime juice. Shake vigorously until chilled. Add ice to rocks glasses. Strain drink over ice into prepared glasses.
Note: To make into a cocktail, add 2 ounces white rum or cachaça before shaking.
