Pumpkin Pie Spice Bites
These no-bake, paleo, gluten-free Pumpkin Spice Bites are guaranteed to be a hit everyone can enjoy! See the recipe below:
- Soften 1 c of pitted dates in water for 10 mins. Strain & put in food processor.
- Add ¼ c pumpkin puree, 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1 sprig fresh rosemary, 1 tsp vanilla extract & a pinch of salt & puree till smooth.
- Add 1 c chopped cashews & ¼ c chia seeds into processor & pulse until blended in.
- Cool in fridge for 30 minutes, then form into small balls.
