Iced Ginger Peach Tea
A great way to fix up your iced tea is by adding fresh ginger. Pair ginger with our Iced Black Tea with Peach and add a touch of lemon to make a refreshing drink that’s full of flavor.
- Iced Ginger Peach Tea
- Serves 1
- Made with Pure Leaf Iced Black Tea with Peach
- 1 Pure Leaf Iced Black Tea with Peach Pyramid Tea Bag
- 6 ounces of boiling water
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- 6 ounces of ice
Place one pyramid tea bag in a 12-14 ounce glass. Heat the water to a rolling boil of 212°F. Pour 6 ounces of boiling water into the glass and brew for three minutes. Remove tea bag and let it cool slightly. Grate the ginger with a grater or zester. Add the grated ginger first followed by the lemon juice to the glass of iced tea. Add ice and stir to combine all ingredients. Serve immediately.
TIP: To make a 2-quart pitcher of Iced Ginger Peach Tea, use 5 Iced Black Tea with Peach pyramid tea bags and 3 ¾ cups of boiling water.
