1. Muddle the cucumber and grated nutmeg together in the bottom of a shaker.

2. Add vodka, apple liqueur, lemon juice, agave syrup, ginger beer.

3. Shake and pour into a Moscow mule copper cup on the rocks.

4. Garnish with 3 thin slices of cucumber and grate the nutmeg on top. No straw needed.
