- Combine 1 c bread crumbs, 2 tbsp dried basil, & ½ c grated Parmesan in a bowl & season with salt & pepper.
- Coat 1 lb of trimmed asparagus spears with ½ c unprocessed flour, the beaten whites of 2 large eggs & the bread crumb mix.
- Bake on greased baking sheet at 425° for 12 minutes.
- Serve hot!
