
Apple Ginger Tea Smoothie with Blueberries and Kaleby Chef Lee Wolen

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1.5 cup Pure Leaf Fuji Apple & Ginger Organic Green Tea
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instruction
- In a blender, combine all ingredients. Serve in a tall glass and garnish with chopped apple and fresh grated ginger.
